01 · Emotion workshops
Certified workshops, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
A team of youth workers, educators, sport instructors and professionals supports each young person throughout the activity. The workshops become spaces for relationships, expression, observation and growth, and end with a certificate. When the young person is already followed by a service, the path is integrated with the work of their reference professionals.
The young person's journey through ECOS workshops
01
Referral
The service or professional introduces the young person and shares the goals and needs of the journey.
02
Choosing the activity
The choice is made together with the young person, starting from their interests, motivations and concrete possibilities.
03
Participation
The young person joins the chosen sport, cultural or educational workshop.
04
Observation
During the activities, the multidisciplinary team observes relationships, continuity, difficulties, interests, abilities and potential.
05
Feedback
Useful observations are shared back with the professionals following the young person.
06
Empowerment
When appropriate, ECOS works with the young person on guidance, CV, skills, opportunities and possible paths towards greater autonomy.
Multidisciplinary team: youth workers, educators, sport instructors and professionals support the whole journey. Certified workshops: the programmes are structured, certified experiences that end with a certificate.
Happy Club is the ECOS project dedicated to sport and culture as tools for inclusion: discover all the activities.
